Does Anyone Know The Name Of This 1960s Godzilla Movie?

This film has a particular scene in it with two children. There is a child in a tree, while the other is screaming "Let's Sue, Godzilla is coming!" The boy climbs down the tree and the two of them go running down a road. Does anyone have any idea what the name could be this Godzilla movie in black and white? Thanks for your help.
